This notice informs individuals who visit the faeyconsulting.com corporate website or submit enquiries through the website and the company’s communication channels. FAEY Technology & Consulting is a brand name; FAEY Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”) is the data controller for the activities described on this website.
Brand and service names, including H2M and FAEY Cloud, do not in themselves constitute separate legal entities or data controllers. Product use, customer cloud environments, hospitality and reservation activities, and employee-related processing are addressed separately according to the service and the parties’ respective roles.

Data is collected through the enquiry form, email and telephone information you provide. The form records name, company, email, telephone, project type and message, together with submission IP address and browser information, in the database. Form content is also sent as an email notification to info@faeyconsulting.com.
• Service/quotation enquiries: identity, contact and request details necessary and directly related to concluding or performing a contract, Article 5(2)(c).
• Other business enquiries: the legitimate interest in answering correspondence, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, Article 5(2)(f).
• IP/browser information and server access/error records: necessary and proportionate investigation of misuse and website security, Article 5(2)(f).
• Legally required records and official requests: the applicable legal obligation, Article 5(2)(ç); necessary dispute records for establishing, exercising or protecting rights, Article 5(2)(e).
This form does not request special category data or identity documents. Analytics, advertising and marketing tags are disabled in this version. Sending an enquiry is not marketing permission or explicit consent.

Website files and enquiry records are processed on Hostinger hosting infrastructure. Website responses pass through the Cloudflare network layer; this provider may process connection IP addresses and technical traffic information. Form notifications are addressed to info@faeyconsulting.com; the domain’s email routing uses Microsoft 365 infrastructure. These infrastructure providers may access the data required for their services. Authorised company personnel handling enquiries use the records. Only legally required information may be disclosed to competent public authorities or courts for the applicable request or obligation.
International transfers require an applicable legal ground and satisfaction of the transfer conditions under Article 9 of the Law and relevant secondary legislation. Cookie consent alone is insufficient to establish a lawful basis for regular international transfers.

Retention must reflect the processing purpose, statutory obligations and the period necessary to establish, exercise or protect legal rights. Once processing conditions cease to apply, Article 7 and applicable regulations require deletion, destruction or anonymisation.
The Company’s technical and organisational obligations under Article 12 remain applicable. Website access uses HTTPS; enquiry records are managed within an administration environment subject to authorisation.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed and obtain information about that processing, its purpose, whether it is used accordingly and recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where Article 7 conditions are met and notification of those actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

Submit requests in Turkish in writing to the company address above. Electronic requests meeting the Communiqué requirements may be directed to kvkk@faeyconsulting.com, using an email address previously provided to the company and recorded in its system, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or other methods specified in the Communiqué, with the applicable identity checks. This is not a registered electronic mail (KEP) address.
Include your name, signature for written requests, Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign citizens, service address, any notification email/telephone/fax and the subject of your request. Provide only necessary supporting documents; do not send identity documents through the ordinary enquiry form.
Requests must be answered in writing or electronically as soon as practicable and within 30 days. Requests are generally free; additional costs may only be charged according to the Board tariff. Subject to prior application requirements, you may complain to the Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any event within 60 days of your application.
